IV. Policy for Provision to seek consultation / participation of public or its representatives for formulation of policies.
General Council of NCDC consists of 51 members to lay down broad guidelines for achieving the objectives of the NCDC. The General Council is constituted from out of a cross section various interests / authorities in cooperation representing the Central and State Governments, National and State Level Cooperatives, NABARD, Public Sector financing institutions and experts in cooperatives.
