XI. The arrangements to communicate the decision to the public.
Decisions are communicated to the concerned State Governments, participating cooperative agencies and beneficiary cooperative societies respectively through suitable mode
XII. The offices at various levels whose opinions are sought for the process of decision making.
In the process of decision making, opinions of Divisional Screening Committees, Divisional Heads, Regional Directors and Internal Screening Committees are taken into consideration .

Final decisions in respective matters are taken by the appropriate authority in accordance with the delegation of powers for example Regional Directors, Chief Directors, Executive Directors, Financial Adviser, Dy. Managing Director, Managing Director, Vice Chairman, Board of Management, Chairman, Board of Management, Board of Management and President , General Council.
XIV. The final authority that vets the decision.
In all matters, Board of Management is the final authority. For day to day functioning, powers of the Board have been delegated to Managing Director.
XV. The information for the important matters on which the decision is taken by the public authority.
As per delegation of powers as indicated under Item No.II above.
